What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable backend, microservices, payment, or AI-driven products where I can own technical design, solve performance bottlenecks, mentor engineers, and work with cross-cultural teams.

I build backend platforms for European enterprise clients at NFQ Asia, leading PHP/Laravel development across Vietnam and Germany teams.

For Shopware's integrated PayPal offering, I build multi-tenant payment APIs, event-driven processing, webhook delivery, DynamoDB models, and observability for thousands of merchant shops.

At Diag Laboratories, I helped migrate a massive monolith into microservices, cutting lab-result processing from hours to about three minutes while maintaining 99% uptime and eliminating missing PDFs.

I've spent more than 13 years with PHP and Laravel, and I also build AI products such as Mr Ben AI, a bilingual restaurant ordering agent with RAG, tool calling, guardrails, and Zalo fulfilment. I enjoy turning complex systems into reliable products and helping teams establish strong engineering practices.
