What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI applications, AI agents, and high-load full-stack systems for international teams, especially in remote, async environments that rely on written specifications and technical collaboration.

I've spent 18+ years delivering production software for U.S. and Japanese clients, from AI agents and business automation to high-load web platforms. My recent work builds AI applications for HR, sales, and publishing workflows using LLMs, RAG, FastAPI, and full-stack web technologies.

For Japanese clients, I've designed multi-step AI agents that retrieve internal knowledge, synthesize strategies, and call CRM APIs autonomously. I also built a YOLOv8-powered document AI workflow for a Japanese publisher that reduced book checking and generation time by 70%.

Earlier, I delivered an Affiliate Network for Adways serving 100M+ pageviews per month with 99.9% uptime, and designed game infrastructure supporting 20,000+ concurrent users with sub-100ms response times. I've led technical delivery, architecture, code review, mentoring, performance tuning, and remote collaboration through written specifications.

I'm comfortable working asynchronously with Japanese teams through Chatwork, Slack, Backlog, and Redmine. I bring hands-on experience across AI deployment, system architecture, backend development, databases, cloud operations, and high-availability systems.
