I'm open to fully remote, international collaborations.

I manage end-to-end short-term rental operations as an independent property manager, from OTA listings and reservations to guest communication. I work across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo workflows.

I coordinate self check-in, cleaning schedules, linen turnover and maintenance follow-up, and respond to guest questions and service issues throughout the stay. I also monitor pricing and occupancy and optimize property descriptions and guest-facing information.
