I'm open to relocating to Dubai and looking to apply my operations, team leadership, customer service, and corporate sales experience in a role focused on improving performance and serving customers.

I've managed utility operations and corporate sales in Yerevan, leading customer-facing teams and improving service performance.

At Electric Networks of Armenia, I led a 20-person team of 18 inspectors and two engineers serving approximately 17,000 residential and commercial customers. I coordinated field response, payment and debt follow-up, and complex customer situations.

I helped reduce electricity losses from approximately 5% to 2.3% and was promoted to Head of Section No. 2 in the Sales Department.

At Max Oil, I managed corporate client relationships, sold fuel products and vouchers, prepared commercial proposals and contracts, negotiated terms, and monitored timely payments.
