What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can support clients professionally, build strong relationships, learn new skills, and contribute positively through communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving.

I've supported daily customer communication at Addis Garment S.C, managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, directing inquiries, and coordinating between customers and internal teams.

Previously, at Awra Poultry, I processed sales transactions, resolved customer concerns, and built positive customer relationships through friendly service. I'm currently studying Clinical Studies at Addis Ababa University and bring active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork to every interaction.
