I seek product roles where I lead user-centered design and research, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable impact for health or fintech products.

I am a product designer and researcher with experience leading end-to-end mobile and web design for healthcare and financial technology products across Ghana, the UK, and the US. I combine user research, interaction design, and product strategy to deliver measurable outcomes for users and organizations.

At Elephant Healthcare I redesigned clinical billing and digital claims systems, increasing logged invoices by 40% and reimbursements by 15%; at Hubtel I created frameworks and experiences that improved usability and operational workflows.

I lead collaborative workshops, quantitative and qualitative studies, and prototype-driven development to translate user needs into scalable products. I prioritize cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decisions, and designing for underserved populations.
