I am looking for a collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation, where I can contribute to impactful design projects and continue to grow my skills.

As a passionate UI/UX designer based in Accra, Ghana, I have dedicated my career to creating impactful digital experiences. With a strong foundation in user research and design thinking, I have successfully led design initiatives at Petra Group, where I was the first product designer to join the team. My efforts in establishing the company's first design system have streamlined processes across multiple projects, significantly enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have consistently driven user acquisition and retention through thoughtful design. For instance, my redesign of the Achieve mobile app resulted in a remarkable 1,600% increase in user acquisition and a 50% boost in user retention. My experience spans various sectors, including fintech, agritech, and edtech, where I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions that meet business objectives.

In addition to my professional work, I am committed to giving back to the community through initiatives like UX Campus, where I organize free design workshops for students across Ghana.
