Eric Joel Odoi
@ericjoelodoi
I design accessible enterprise and web/mobile products that improve user satisfaction and task completion.
GhanaWhat I'm looking for
I've led UX/UI overhauls for Heidelberg Materials Digital Hub Ghana, improving user satisfaction by 15% and reducing task completion time by 12% across enterprise web applications.
I turn complex workflows—including procurement trackers, freight cost systems, cement plant management, and ordering applications—into accessible, scalable user experiences. I use research, analytics, usability testing, and UAT to reduce friction, including a 10% reduction in bounce rate.
At Appsol, I drove end-to-end mobile and web product design, from site maps and journey flows to high-fidelity prototypes, navigation structures, and developer-ready handoffs. I collaborate closely with engineering teams on accessible UI components, specifications, and design tokens.
As a freelance lead UI/UX designer, I've managed designers and delivered redesigns, branding identities, visual systems, and prototypes for global clients across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, education, and community platforms.
