I’m a versatile Product & UX/UI Designer with nearly a decade of industry experience. My tenure at NinjaCat involved spearheading product strategy, end-to-end feature design, user research and testing, leading workshops, benchmarking product usability, building and maintaining design systems, and mentoring the next wave of designers.

Some of my most notable achievements at my last role included spearheading the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system that significantly enhanced product cohesiveness and usability, and brought the product up to meet WCAG accessibility standards. I also led numerous cross-departmental ideation and problem framing workshops in order to help teams align on upcoming feature work and holistic usability updates across the product. I ran countless user research sessions ranging from the full spectrum of problem framing to iterative testing. I also pioneered the company-wide implementation and analysis of the System Usability Scale (SUS), ensuring our product not only met but exceeded industry standards, all while making sure I had time to mentor young designers on our team to elevate and support them to become the best designers they could be.
