What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and teams while using my hands-on service and low-voltage installation skills—balancing customer communication, scheduling, and quality results with a strong, performance-driven culture.

I lead day-to-day operations as a Store Manager/Director Of Operations, serving as the 1st point of contact, training new associates, tracking and creating sales, and planning & setting store goals. I motivate the team, monitor performance, and make adjustments to keep results moving.

I also bring hands-on installation experience from cabinet building and cabinet installation through Woodcutters/Essence LLC, including driving a 26 ft box truck for deliveries, handling payments, providing customer service, and repairing rental properties & homes. I’m comfortable coordinating work, managing materials, and delivering quality outcomes on-site.

In low-voltage and hotel environments, I’ve configured & installed STBs and access points across hotels around the US, handled MDF/IDF setup, cable pulling, terminating cat6 cables, and TV/STB/access point mounting. With customer service and scheduling experience from multiple roles—and certifications including OSHA 10—I bring technical proficiency, reliability, and clear communication to every project.
