What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in customer success, customer experience, operations, or sales development where I can use multilingual communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

At Scandic Spectrum, I managed overnight guest check-ins and check-outs, resolved inquiries, and coordinated with hotel departments to keep operations running smoothly. I used Opera Cloud, Outlook, and Microsoft Office to manage reservations and daily tasks.
