What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in talent acquisition, contributing to candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment coordination, and stakeholder communication in a global recruitment environment.

At Paytm Payments Services, I source and screen candidates for Team Lead and field-sales roles across multiple office locations using LinkedIn.

I maintain accurate candidate records in Lever, coordinate in-person and virtual interviews, and manage simultaneous location-specific hiring requirements. I share sourcing updates with internal stakeholders and keep candidate trackers current.

At the University of Delhi's Labyrinth Magazine, I supported recruitment for 15–20 contributor roles across two annual selection cycles. I reviewed applications, scheduled interviews, coordinated panels, and served as a first point of contact for applicant queries.
