What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a competitive, challenging environment where I can keep improving my communication and learning skills while applying my experience to safe content decisions and smooth customer-focused operations.

I’m a Content Moderator who reviews user-submitted content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines. I investigate user reports on potentially inappropriate material and work to resolve issues fairly and consistently.

Before this, I built strong customer-facing and operational experience through overseas sales, resource management, and sales logistics roles. I managed websites for product and customer exchange information, translated between Korean and supply agencies, and supported customers via email and phone.

I’m comfortable handling fast-moving, detail-heavy workflows—such as delivery scheduling, negotiation with key clients, and preparing export documents for shipment. I also supported revenue/accounting data using an ERP system and coordinated with production and purchase teams to keep deliveries on track.

From my biotechnology background and exchange student research, I developed a disciplined approach to process and accuracy. Now, I bring that same care to monitoring online content trends and identifying emerging harmful behaviors so the platform stays safe for users.
