What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to leverage my international banking project management experience in a global environment, leading digital banking, core banking modernization, and payment integration programs.

At HDBank, I lead Temenos Transact R26 core banking modernization and mobile banking enhancement workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and international vendors through the full SDLC.

I've governed master plans, WBS, critical paths, change requests, reporting migrations, and data mapping across 237+ reports while keeping dry-run data variance below 0.1%. I also lead mobile banking teams delivering 15+ feature releases with a 95%+ on-time delivery rate.

Across VNPAY, Shinhan Finance, and SCB, I've delivered banking software, card-system, ATM/POS, digital onboarding, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and 3DS authentication initiatives. I'm looking to bring this international banking project management experience to a global environment.
