What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology delivery and digital transformation, connecting business priorities, technical constraints, and cross-functional Agile teams. I'm open to relocating to Auckland, New Zealand.

I've led enterprise digital delivery at Meta Tech across three Agile squads and up to 30 people spanning product, engineering, design, and QA. My work included PayWithCrypto capabilities such as a non-custodial wallet and QR scan-to-pay.

At Dwarves Foundation, I directed ICT delivery from planning and implementation through QA and operational readiness. I built delivery plans around timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder decisions while resolving blockers through structured trade-off negotiation.

Before moving into delivery leadership, I led digital-product design at Dwarves Foundation and enterprise UX work at Netcompany. I turned research and requirements into user flows, prototypes, specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready assets.

I'm focused on connecting business priorities with technical constraints across the SDLC, using practical governance, Agile planning, and AI-enabled workflows to make accountable software delivery more repeatable.
