I've led delivery for LP Bank, VinSmartFuture, MSB, and CMC Global, managing teams of up to 10 across design, business analysis, testing, and development. I delivered banking back-office functions before release, a travel-app MVP with four booking services, loyalty features, and payroll-system capabilities.

At CGI France, I delivered two trade-union election websites for France's Ministry of Labour and helped SNCF translate hydraulic specifications into software workflows and templates. I also managed digital products for the French National Bar Council and Cinetic law firm.

Earlier at USERADGENTS in Paris, I coordinated websites and mobile applications for Casino Group, La Halle, L’Occitane, Generali, Safran, and Thales.
