What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Customer Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service position.

At Marić Computers, I diagnosed and repaired computer hardware issues, installed Windows and drivers, and provided troubleshooting support to users.

At Magna Seating, I operated CNC machines and monitored product quality, following technical documentation and safety procedures. I also wrote and researched articles for online clients as a freelance writer.

Through the Software and QA Tester Program at IT Akademija, I learned manual testing, API testing, and performance testing. I’ve practiced validating API responses with Postman and SoapUI and creating browser tests with Selenium and Python.
