What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can provide clear customer support, troubleshoot issues patiently, and grow in UI/UX and digital product design through continuous learning.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented beginner focused on customer support, UI/UX, and digital products. I work comfortably remotely, learn new tools quickly, and handle tasks independently while communicating clearly and helpfully.

In my Independent IT Support & Troubleshooting work, I diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues and explain technical problems to non-technical users with patience and proactive problem-solving. I also build user-friendly interfaces in Figma—creating responsive prototypes for a community traffic app, portfolio landing page concepts, and a PC parts e-commerce website—while using tools and workflows like Slack, Jira, and Zendesk to stay organized.
