'm a PMP-certified project and program manager with four years delivering technology, operations, and international supply chain programs end to end.

My path has been through operations rather than into it. I started in customer and field operations in India, moved to Agilent Technologies as a supply chain and operations program manager — where I ran six concurrent capital workstreams, managed a 120+ SKU catalog and a network of 12+ international suppliers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas at 96% compliance, and delivered a $15M genomics product order to the World Health Organization — then moved to the US for my Master's and joined Freedom Mortgage as an IT project manager. There I owned a $600K+ digital platform serving 12,000+ customer accounts, leading a 20-member team across engineering, QA, UX, data, and operations to 16 consecutive delivery cycles with zero schedule slippage, cutting defects 32% and escalations 22%.

What I'm actually good at is finding the friction nobody owns. At Freedom Mortgage the project I'm proudest of wasn't on the plan — I noticed five functions were routing every status question through a person, interviewed each of them, and built a self-serve reporting layer with a distinct view per function over one shared data model. The status requests stopped. That's the shape of most of my best work: make the thing visible, put an owner and a date on it, and the coordination mostly does itself.

I now co-found NorthStack Consulting, a studio building websites and applications for small businesses. I run client engagements end to end — brief, scope, budget, build, QA, launch — with most projects live in about two weeks. AI does the production work across that pipeline: specs, data pulls, analysis, QA checklists, client recaps, all under one rule that nothing customer-facing ships unverified. I hold Anthropic's AI Fluency certification and Product School's AI and Product Analytics micro-certifications, and I write publicly about agent orchestration, spec-driven development, and delivery governance.

What I'm looking for: a delivery, program, or product operations role where I own outcomes rather than status, on a team that already treats AI as production capacity rather than a question to be litigated. I'd rather work somewhere that's arguing about how to evaluate AI output than whether it's allowed.

Hands-on with: SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Notion, SAP ECC, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot daily.
