I'm building Foothold, an AI-powered career command center that analyzes resumes, evaluates candidate-job alignment, identifies skill gaps, and supports tailored application decisions.
I developed Foothold with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI API, SQLAlchemy, SQLite, Jinja2, and GitHub. I designed its routing, service, data, and model layers for maintainability, with a human-in-the-loop workflow that keeps users in control of application decisions.
At Ritchie's Barbershop, I manage technology, SaaS platforms, customer systems, networking, and daily technical operations. I evaluate operational needs, implement workflow improvements, troubleshoot software, hardware, payment, and customer-management systems, and help non-technical users adopt practical solutions.
