At Cox Communications, I lead enterprise telecommunications and infrastructure programs spanning engineering, operations, finance, technology, and vendor teams. I own multi-year lifecycle modernization forecasting, including annual obsolescence investment forecasts of $10M, $8M, and $2.4M.

I translate business needs into requirements, test cases, deployment plans, and operational-readiness activities for telecom and IT implementations. I provide technical governance through design review, change control, baseline integrity, risk management, and executive portfolio reporting.

Previously, I led a DS3 transport optimization initiative that generated approximately $1M in annual operating savings and retired more than 500 legacy network devices. I’ve also delivered obsolete-equipment upgrades for Tinker Air Force Base and Oklahoma City Airport in active, security-sensitive operational environments.

I bring 23+ years of experience across project delivery, network engineering, data analysis, and business instruction. I’m PMP, ITIL, and Six Sigma Green Belt certified, with an MBA and a practical focus on disciplined delivery, operational transition, and measurable business outcomes.
