At RM PARTNERS NHS CANCER ALLIANCE, I led a region-wide diagnostic of End of Cancer Treatment Summary adoption across 9 trusts. I worked with clinicians, nurses, and patient representatives to identify bottlenecks and develop practical adoption levers.
I also developed and aligned implementation guidance across West London, securing cross-trust buy-in for more standardized cancer care delivery.
At BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP, I led organization redesign and implementation work for an Indonesian SOE Bank, including new role charters and operating playbooks. The redesign went live 3 weeks early.
I also supported banking technology implementations, including a Relationship Management tool and a Loan Management System. At RUANGGURU, I analyzed product and segment performance, executed strategic acquisitions, and prepared financial models and investor materials for a fundraising round.
