At the FCA, I supported mobilisation of its 2025–30 strategy, consolidating 13 strategic commitments and more than 100 workstreams into four enterprise priorities. I also produced ExCo and Board papers and helped shape the cross-functional delivery model.
At Evelyn Partners, I led advisory workstreams across strategy, performance and integration. My recommendations for a UK payments company contributed to a 10% profitability improvement within one quarter, and process redesign for a UK membership organisation reduced manual transaction processing time by 30%.
Through independent advisory work and at Deloitte, I developed strategies, operating models and business cases, including work that identified approximately £6m in annual opportunities for a London university. I’ve also supported a Turkish energy company’s successful $11m UNDP funding proposal and developed partnership proposals that built a £16M project pipeline.
