At Capgemini Invent, I led the design and on-time, on-budget delivery of a multi-year risk and investment strategy for a £44m public-sector transport portfolio. I defined governance, milestones and roadmaps, and converted early delivery into cross-sell for programme governance, assurance and tooling.
