At Restaurant Depot, I help run a Rochester operation generating about $78M in annual sales across eight departments. I use P&L, labor, sales, inventory, shrink, productivity, and audit data to trace performance gaps, identify root causes, and put corrective actions in place.

I've helped scale weekly sales from roughly $300K to $1.5M, reduced labor needs by up to 150 hours per week, and maintained shrink near 0.2%–0.3%. I also served as Acting Branch Manager during a major leadership transition and led a three-month branch reset involving inventory relocation, temporary labor, deadlines, customer disruption, and sales and shrink considerations.

Previously at Sam's Club, I led asset protection, audit, compliance, inventory control, claims, and food-safety responsibilities for a roughly $53M operation. Regional and corporate leaders regularly rely on me for inventories, audits, training, and operational problem-solving across branches.
