At ProPharma Group, I coordinate time-sensitive medical information requests from intake through resolution in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. I track case status, follow-ups, documentation, escalations, and deliverables to support timely completion.

I serve as a liaison among requestors, internal departments, and escalation teams, clarifying requirements and communicating status across workflows. I also maintain accurate CRM and database records, identify workflow barriers, and analyze trends to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

At Sacred Journey Hospice and Wellstar Spalding Hospital, I supported QAPI projects, medical-record and billing workflow improvements, patient flow, clinical research data collection, and compliance with HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

My healthcare operations background also includes emergency dispatch, behavioral health, and medical assisting. I bring a B.S. in Health Sciences, Good Clinical Practice certification, and hands-on experience with Excel, Salesforce, CRM systems, Epic, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation.
