I drive healthcare operations and project execution across acute care, ambulatory, and virtual care settings, with a strong focus on moving strategic priorities from concept to execution. My work centers on business case development, KPI reporting, stakeholder facilitation, and change adoption—so teams can standardize decisions with clear ROI and operational readiness.

Most recently, I led $5.3M capital medical equipment planning and coordination across inpatient, ambulatory, imaging, and satellite sites, aligning Nursing, IT, Facilities, Contracts, and vendors to identify operational risks and keep projects on schedule. Previously, I coordinated statewide discharge transportation for medically complex patients, owned daily operational issue triage for a virtual adolescent mental health program, and supported cross-functional testing initiatives for medical communication devices through audit-ready SOPs and documentation. I bring an analytics mindset using Tableau and Excel modeling to uncover bottlenecks, reduce errors and denials, and improve workflow controls.
