What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a IT role where I can apply my operations leadership, access control experience, and cybersecurity fundamentals, while continuing to grow into entry-level IT/cybersecurity work in a team-driven, safety-first environment.

I’m a proven leader with over 16 years of diverse experience in operations and customer service, consistently recognized as dependable, hard-working, and able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision. I bring strong strategic planning, team leadership, and a steady problem-solving mindset that helps me adapt quickly to new situations.

In my current role as a Security Officer, I conduct security screening, monitor access control points, maintain situational awareness in a fast-paced logistics environment, and help create a safe, secure workplace. Alongside this, I’ve worked across turnkey installations as a Field Technician and delivered HVAC maintenance and repair services remotely, building technical troubleshooting strengths while pursuing entry-level IT and cybersecurity through Cybersecurity Workforce Certification Training (CWCT) and ISC2 CC.
