At VRA Property Holding Company, I progressed from Client Service Officer to the organisation's first Marketing Officer, building structure across commercial and hospitality property operations. I create annual plans, workflow trackers, reporting templates, and documentation standards that improve planning, accountability, and execution.

I support executive leadership with confidential correspondence, approvals, reports, presentations, visitor coordination, and decision-support updates drawn from operational, financial, and marketing data. I also coordinate client engagement, property tours, digital content, website updates, and receivables visibility.

Previously, I helped manage a fully occupied Grade A commercial property serving 15 tenant organisations and more than 300 workplace occupants. I coordinated 14 vendor categories and an 18-person workforce, led six tenant transitions, maintained continuity during management absences, and contributed to 100% tenant satisfaction.
