I’m looking to leverage hospitality operations and education to lead curriculum delivery, mentor teams and students, and improve measurable performance—working with a dynamic organization that values excellence under pressure.

I’m a hospitality professional with over 9 years of progressive experience spanning Food & Beverage Management and hospitality education. I lead and mentor teams, manage operations efficiently, and develop training programs that connect theory and practical learning to improve student confidence and industry readiness.

In my current role as Head of Department / Lecturer, I’ve developed and implemented Food and beverage curriculum, delivering lectures and mentorship across hospitality subjects while ensuring efficient departmental operations within budgetary guidelines. Previously, I served as Lecturer and Head of Department, including overseeing curriculum delivery, examination moderation, and departmental resources—streamlining processes to reduce administrative overhead and maximize facilities—while also delivering internships and supporting successful student outcomes. I also bring hands-on operations experience as a Food & Beverage Controller, including inventory control, stock audits, and cost reporting to support management decisions.
