I am a hospitality professional and consultant with over a decade of experience in hotel operations, staff training, and academic research. I combine hands-on operational knowledge in food & beverage, housekeeping, and front office with curriculum development and evidence-based consultancy.
As a Graduate Assistant and hospitality lecturer, I have advised and trained students, supervised research projects addressing operational challenges, and supported curriculum alignment to industry standards. I have practical experience from management trainee roles where I learned menu planning, food costing, inventory control, and reservation systems such as Opera and Galileo.
I focus on improving service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through operational audits, staff coaching, and data-driven recommendations, while pursuing an MSc in Hospitality Management to deepen my research and consultancy capabilities.
