At Clubessential Holdings LLC / Clubessential LLC, I led IT operations across four offices, progressing from IT Specialist to IT Manager while staying hands-on. I implemented centralized ticketing and managed infrastructure, security, service delivery, and onboarding.

I directed infrastructure consolidation during four office closures, maintaining the POS platform without customer-visible outages during the transition. I also implemented a Zero Trust identity foundation with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, and led a phased migration of 400+ users to Microsoft 365.

I designed an AI automation platform with n8n, Ollama, and Qdrant to answer support questions, monitor Linux systems, diagnose outages, and automate remediation. Earlier, I founded GuruTechie LLC and worked in systems administration and IT support across infrastructure and security environments.
