At TraneTechnologies-TraneClimateManufacturing, I support IT infrastructure in manufacturing environments, integrating corporate IT systems with industrial infrastructure. My work includes device lifecycle management and IT/OT integration initiatives.
I support industrial cybersecurity and network segmentation initiatives, including strategy definition, asset classification and Armis support. I also contribute to MES infrastructure and shopfloor modernization projects involving mobile kiosks, industrial hardware and Zebra barcode scanners.
Previously, I supported corporate and retail users at Cognizant and delivered service desk support at TataConsultancyServices. I also supported a workforce digitalization rollout and training activities for more than 200 employees.
