My background includes desktop and IT support, Windows and Linux administration, networking, Active Directory, SCCM, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and troubleshooting enterprise systems.

I also have hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure automation. I am skilled at solving technical problems, improving system reliability, documenting solutions, and supporting users and teams in remote and enterprise environments. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering secure, scalable, and efficient IT solutions.
