I've managed Windows infrastructure and technical support for Turboden S.p.A. and, for more than 15 years, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore's Brescia campus through multiple service providers.
I support large-scale environments spanning up to 700 PCs and 1,000 peripheral devices across two campus sites, as well as industrial environments across four corporate sites. My work includes Windows Server and client deployment, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, backup systems, networking, Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
Since beginning in IT through software development and hardware support in the early 1990s, I've managed IT processes and resources, maintained SLA-driven ticketing operations, and mentored junior technicians.
