I am a finance and customer-experience professional with over five years' experience across banking, operations, and data management. I have delivered measurable results in client acquisition, cross-selling, operational efficiency, and financial forecasting while leading cross-functional teams and implementing workflow automation.

My strengths include advanced Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce to create reports, dashboards, and journey maps that improve customer experience and business outcomes. I hold a BBA (Finance & IT), relevant certifications in banking and analytics, and I pursue continuous learning toward an MSc in Finance to deepen my strategic finance capabilities.
