I’m looking for a CX/Revenue Operations role where I can own reporting logic, automate workflows with ClickUp and AI-driven agents, and partner with Finance and leadership to improve forecast reliability, capacity planning, and renewal visibility.

I’m a CX Operations Analyst focused on Revenue Operations, where I support Customer Experience, Professional Services, and Customer Success through reporting, workflow automation, and operational analysis. I investigate and resolve CX/PS/CS reporting issues to improve revenue attribution, renewal visibility, and forecast reliability, and I set reporting logic, metric ownership, and data standards so teams share consistent definitions.

Across my roles, I’ve built systems that reduce manual work and make decisions easier—designing agent-based automation for recurring reporting workflows, leading utilization/capacity/retention analysis for resource planning, and partnering with CX leadership, Finance, and Revenue on headcount, capacity, forecasting, and planning recommendations. Notable work in ClickUp includes an SOW automation pipeline that cuts document processing from about 10 minutes to about 30 seconds, engagement reporting used daily by more than 40 people, and cross-system sync architecture that removes manual upkeep.
