What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging position where I can use my organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, contribute to the company's growth, and continue developing my professional expertise.

At Ithraa Logistics Company, I supervise the Reservations Department and oversee daily booking operations. I coordinate with clients, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to support timely, accurate service.

I also work with the IT team on developing a company website and system across its business sectors and services. I contribute requirements, workflows, and features based on the needs of Reservations and other divisions.

At Al Safwa Company, I moved from System Development into a Reservation Officer role, handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations in a reservation system. Earlier, I worked as an Information Technology Engineer at Al-Hayat palace hospital, supporting database and application systems, including a medical and ERP system.
