I handle salary negotiation details and notice period tracking for profiles ranging from freshers to 16+ years of experience, keeping stakeholders aligned on status updates. I also drive successful closures by actively coordinating candidate readiness for timely joining.

Previously, as a Human Resources Trainee at EdLernity and IFORTIS Worldwide, I screened applications, coordinated end-to-end interview scheduling, and posted job openings to maximize candidate reach on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Earlier, as a Human Resources Intern at SINZO, I supported resume screening, maintained applicant tracking databases, and ensured timely, accurate status updates and professional candidate communication. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in HRM from NMIMS, and I’m seeking an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role where I can deliver consistent hiring results with strong ATS and MIS reporting discipline.
