At Yash Technologies, I worked on a REST API integration between iCIMS and HRSD to fetch attachments and store them in the EDM. I also created HR Services and flows to automate approvals and tasks.
At Infosys Ltd, I enhanced ITSM notifications, refining their logic and expanding language support to 18 languages. I developed a notification framework and collaborated with clients on notification design.
