Divine Iyawa

I’m a Computer Science graduate with a strong drive for practical impact—focused on managing IT infrastructure, securing networks, and delivering dependable technical support. I bring a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, documentation, and user assistance.

In my recent role as an IT Support & Procurement Intern at Nigeria Customs Service, I supported documentation and system workflows, including system setup and troubleshooting, along with direct user support. I aim to keep environments stable, accessible, and secure through clear process and consistent execution.

Previously, I worked as an IT Support & Systems Administrator at PearSystems Development Company, assisting with system maintenance, secure system usage, updates, monitoring, and network stability. During my IT Support & Network Administration (SIWES), I supported IT systems and basic network operations across departments and resolved connectivity issues.

I’m comfortable across Linux, Windows (10/11), and macOS, and I use networking and security basics to support LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, router and switch configuration, firewalls, antivirus, and basic data encryption. With additional training in project management and employability skills—and leadership experience as a Head Resident Advisor—I’m ready to help teams run smoothly while strengthening IT reliability.
