I facilitate faculty workshops on digital pedagogy and learner engagement, and collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to standardize training approaches. I also manage quality assurance for 60+ weekly learning assets while maintaining 99.9% accuracy.
Previously, at SIFF Ventures and Siff Scholars, I conducted learning needs analysis, developed curriculum and assessments, and mentored educators. Earlier, I taught science and mathematics at SIFF Scholars and was a Fellow at Teach for India; before moving into education, I worked as a Software Developer at Cisco Systems, Inc.
