I’m a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Software Engineering graduate with 1+ years’ experience as an Operating Supportive Assistant at Softlogic Life Insurance. I resolve customer and policy queries through CRM, support end-users with insurance software and policy systems, and stay accountable to SLA targets with 95%+ customer satisfaction.

In my current role (Jan 2025–Present), I handle 30+ daily queries by maintaining accurate documentation and 100% accurate data entry/reporting. I also coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve branch system issues, reducing downtime, and I manage high-volume support tickets while meeting service standards.

I bring a strong support-tool and troubleshooting foundation—CRM, ticketing systems, remote desktop tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk), and ServiceNow—backed by practical networking basics, hardware/software issue handling, and clear communication in written and spoken English. I’m actively seeking a Remote IT Support / Help Desk role and I’m available for US time zone overlap (6pm–10pm SLT).
