What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining IT support and software development where I can troubleshoot systems, build reliable web features, and grow technical skills in a collaborative team.

I am a dedicated IT support professional and software developer with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and building frontend features for web applications. I have worked on a Leave Management System, implementing login, role-based access, and leave request functionality while performing testing and bug fixes.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology, and I have practical experience using Git, Redmine, and development tools like Visual Studio Code and Android Studio. My technical toolkit includes Python, Java, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, FastAPI, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, SQL and NoSQL databases, plus ML libraries such as Pandas and TensorFlow.

I bring strong customer-service orientation, effective communication, and teamwork to technical support and development roles, and I am committed to delivering efficient, reliable solutions that maintain system performance and improve user experience.
