I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Software Engineering undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software Engineering (In Progress). I bring certified training across Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, Business Analysis, and modern digital technologies.

I’m especially focused on entry-level remote roles where customer communication and structured support matter. My background strengthens my ability to analyze needs, document clearly, and manage data accurately—so work stays consistent and easy to follow.

I also build confidence through continuous learning and practical fundamentals like Digital Transformation, Project Management Fundamentals, UI/UX Design Fundamentals, and tools-focused training from Google Cloud Operations Fundamentals to Cyber Security Fundamentals. This helps me quickly adapt when systems, processes, or tools change.

Beyond technical preparation, I rely on strong communication, critical thinking, time management, attention to detail, and teamwork. I’m seeking an international remote environment where I can apply problem-solving and adaptability while supporting customers and business operations effectively.
