At IKONO, I coordinated the end-to-end operational opening of a new international venue in Copenhagen, from go-live services and suppliers to onboarding and training the local team.
I also coordinated the Barcelona venue opening, managing suppliers, resources, and services while supporting the local team through operational stabilization.
Across these launch projects, I adapted and implemented processes, policies, and SOPs. I also coordinated the deployment of a new business line across three sites with suppliers, Legal, and Finance.
Most recently, I supervised operations across three international sites, tracked operational and financial KPIs, and contributed to the 2026 annual budget and cost optimization. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Project Management at EAE BUSINESS SCHOOL.
