Provided customer service by receiving, tracking, and providing responses to feedback in the claim process due to Hurricane Maria.

Provided disaster case management services to individuals and families impacted by disasters, including verifying ID, insurance status, ownership, occupancy, and household composition. Processed FEMA appeals in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and established procedures, ensuring accurate and timely review and resolution of appeal cases.

Performed assessments to damaged dwellings and the overall habitability of homes, recording damages to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, appliances, and furnishings. Prepared and developed reports and analytical analysis, and provided guidance to applicants on public assistance programs such as SBA Loans and Tu Hogar Renace Program.
