I am a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in New Product Development and Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry. My journey has been marked by a strong focus on strategic identification of new projects and leading the development of over seven innovative products across various therapeutic areas. My role as AGM at Eris Lifesciences Ltd has allowed me to directly report to the CMD, where I have successfully driven ideation processes and built a robust pipeline for future product introductions.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in negotiation, deal structuring, and regulatory analysis, contributing to key in-licensing projects such as the development of a Human insulin delivery device and the launch of several high-value products.
