I recently supported the June 2026 launch of Semaglutide, which captured over 50% market share immediately after launch, while managing a commercial portfolio of approximately ₹1,000 crore including Shelcal, Tedibar, and Semaglutide.
Previously, I built EU oncology business cases at Fresenius Kabi, drove API portfolio strategy at Sun Pharma, and managed global projects worth over USD 10M at Jubilant Biosys. Across 10+ years, I've delivered 50+ OTIF projects, improved invoice accuracy by 10%, reduced production costs by 15%, and delivered process-optimization savings of over ₹45 crore.
