What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and digital transformation—building efficient processes, managing cross-functional teams, and integrating AI into e-learning or product workflows with measurable execution and continuous improvement.

I’m a manager and founder with experience in operational leadership, project management, digital transformation, and integrating AI solutions. As Founder & CEO of VanaciPrime, I provide strategic leadership, coordinate projects, and drive client, operations, and business growth. I also served as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rede do Empresário, managing operational initiatives in a remote environment and supporting processes, systems, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

At ISCTE-IUL, I led e-learning at the Head of Digital e-Learning level, creating and managing systems for master’s and doctoral programs. I integrated AI into e-learning experiences using Moodle, Articulatе 360, iSpring, and H5P, while managing teams as both a Team Manager and Studio Manager. My technical and creative background—ranging from media system engineering to motion graphics and web development—helps me optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver execution-focused digital solutions.
